TRAINING IN SRI LANKA

We, Tsukuba Technical Promotion as an Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT), provide Language Training sessions, Physical Training sessions and Industrial Training sessions (construction, welding, manufacturing, assembling, airport ground handling, hotel housekeeping, garments, agriculture, etc.) for candidates who are willing to immigrate Japan as a Technical Trainee.

Further, we provide Language Training sessions, Physical Training sessions to Specialized Skill Workers (SSW) who passed language test and Job category selection test, but if need to improve proficiency in Japanese Language.

Further we are planning to provide Language Training sessions, Physical Training sessions to graduate personalities who with a 03- or 04-years degree from a university in the relevant field, who are looking for working in Japan.

PROCESS OF SRI LANKA FOR TECHNICAL TRAINEES

Interview
  • Face to Face interview with candidate Education / technical skills / Physical Fitness.
  • Inspection of family backgrounds.
Camping Program
  • Conduction camping programs in different rural areas in Sri Lanka.
  • Measuring the success of the following areas during camping programs.
Registration
  • Choose the best candidate based on the performance criteria.
Physical Training Language Training
  • Create a native Japanese speaker (Greetings ,Daily conversation).
  • Sucessfully complete JLPT N4.
  • Create a Healthy/physically fit candidate.
Interview by implementing Organization
  • Selection of technical intern trainees.
Full Time Industrial Training
  • Full-time Japanese language spoken instruction and rules and regulations advice, as well as full-time industrial training for selected training categories.
Documentation
  • Prepare documentation for the Visa procedure in coordination with the accepting organization.

Face to Face interview with candidate – Education / technical skills / Physical Fitness Inspection of family backgrounds
7-day Camp Training
Conduct camping programs in various rural areas of Sri Lanka. During the camping programs, assess each candidate's speed, time management, commitment, endurance, consistency, and collectivism, among other qualities, and shortlist the top performers for registration. (A few examples will be shown.)

Language Training
Provides suitable learning facilities, including theory and spoken physical sessions, as well as online lessons, to trainees who are not native Japanese speakers for them to become native Japanese speakers with the assistance of highly competent Japanese lecturers.

Physical Training
We provide weekly fitness training sessions for all trainees with the aim of muscle strength as muscles must be regularly used, which means contracted and flexed, to work as a trainee in Japan.

Industrial Training
We are in charge of organizing, supervising, and evaluating industrial training. Trainees should gain hands-on experience in their respective job categories. This will be accomplished through improving the required mindset, motivation, and skills for each job type.

FAQ

• Both Men/Women candidates who are coming from economically weaker section of society in Sri Lanka and willing to work in Japan as a Technical Intern Trainee.

•The candidate must have completed 18 years of age and not above 28 of years at the time of taking admission

• Must be a healthy and mentally fit person

• Must pass Ordinary Level Mathematics

• Should not have been overstay another country

• Can apply candidates who have already passed NAT/JLPT Level 5 or 4 and willing to work in Japan as a Technical Intern Trainee.

Continuous assessment is being done by Tsukuba Technical Promotions (Pvt) Ltd during the course duration (Minimum 180hrs). On successfully completion of the course, assessment & certification is done and certificates are issued to the passed-out candidates.
